This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Stealth Mode
Stealth Mode helps job seekers explore opportunities discreetly. When enabled, your personally identifiable information — such as your full name, email address, and residential address — is hidden from employer search results. Employers may view only your skills, professional experience, and military background until you choose to apply for a position or share your full profile.

When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Dispute evidence and related records may be retained for a limited period after resolution to support audit trails and fraud prevention. Records related to permanent account bans may be retained indefinitely to protect the integrity of the Platform.
